About Eb.
Counselling With Eb is a space that brings together three parts of my work: one-to-one counselling, practical therapy tools, and mentoring support for therapists and those working in the mental health space.
I’m Ebony, a registered counsellor and school counsellor based in Perth, Australia.
Alongside my work in schools, I offer one-to-one counselling for young people aged 12 and above, as well as adults, supporting people who want a thoughtful space to explore their emotions, relationships, and the patterns shaping their lives.
My approach is relational, reflective, and grounded in helping people understand themselves on a deeper level, while also building practical tools that support emotional wellbeing in everyday life.
Counselling
Through Counselling With Eb, I offer individual counselling sessions for youth (12+) and adults.
People often come to counselling when they are navigating experiences such as anxiety, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or feeling stuck in patterns that are hard to shift alone.
Sessions provide a supportive space to explore these experiences with curiosity and compassion, while developing greater self-understanding and emotional awareness.
Therapy Tools and Resources
Alongside my counselling work, I also create practical therapy tools and wellbeing resources.
Through my work with students and clients, I’ve seen how powerful it can be when therapy concepts are explained in clear, human language and supported with tools that people can actually use in real life.
The resources shared here are designed to support emotional regulation, communication, self-awareness, and wellbeing. They can be used by therapists and educators in their work, or by individuals and families at home, without feeling clinical, overwhelming, or intimidating.
Mentoring and Support for Therapists
I also offer mentoring support for therapists, counsellors, and those working in the mental health space who are looking for guidance, reflection, or practical support in their work.
This may include conversations around working with young people, using therapeutic tools in sessions, developing confidence as a therapist, or navigating the realities of practice.
